Blind People Practices to Wear PPE Uniform for Covid-19 Prevention

PPAT has conducted training, on 7 December 2021, to the volunteers of the project “Covid-19 Prevention and Care Accessibility to Most At-Risk Population”, topic ‘Disease Surveillance, Prevention and Control in Community’ by instructing on how to use ATK testing kits and how to wear PPE uniform at Pathumthani Association of the Blind as well as take them to receive Covid-19 vaccines, in order for the target group to have knowledge and understanding on Covid-19 prevention. The training was instructed by Urban Institute for Disease Prevention and Control, The Medical Technology Council and World Health Organization (WHO).

On August 3–4, Dr. Nanthakan Sungsuman Woodham, Director of the Association, led a working group to participate in a review meeting on the Telemedicine Services for Abortion Self-Care in Southern Thailand project.
