From September 9-10, the Planned Parenthood Association of Thailand (PPAT) Pattani, in collaboration with the Thammasakon Hatyai School for the Blind, organized a training session for visually impaired youth. The program provided knowledge on reproductive health, unplanned pregnancy prevention among adolescents, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and HIV/AIDS under two key projects: the Sexual Health Promotion and Capacity Building for Visually Impaired Individuals Project and the Enhancing Access to Reproductive Health Knowledge and Services in Educational Institutions and Communities Project.
The training was held at the conference room of Thammasakon Hatyai School for the Blind in Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province, with a total of 65 participants attending.
