Learning to Use Condoms to Prevent Unplanned Pregnancy

On November 24th, a team of speakers from the Planned Parenthood Association of Thailand (PPAT) (Chiang Rai PPAT Medical Clinic/Chiang Mai PPAT Medical Clinic) visited the area to provide education on sexual health, reproductive health, and sexual violence to students at Chiang Rai Vocational College. The focus was on preventing unplanned pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections (STIs). This activity was carried out under the project: “Meeting the essential SRH needs of communities affected by floods and landslides in Northern Thailand,” which receives funding support from the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF). The educational activities were enjoyable.

This morning (June 24th), the working team of the Planned Parenthood Association of Thailand (PPAT) project deployed a mobile unit to provide free, voluntary HIV/STI screening services.
