This morning (June 24th), the working team of the Planned Parenthood Association of Thailand (PPAT) project deployed a mobile unit to provide free, voluntary HIV/STI screening services. The unit also provided education on reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and effective contraception methods to youth at the educational institution. During December 7–8, the Planned Parenthood Association of Thailand (PPAT) Pattani Provincial Office distributed hygiene kits for women and girls, along with essential household items, to flood-affected communities in Pattani, Yala, and Narathiwat provinces. These areas had been experiencing severe and prolonged flooding. PPAT believes that everyone deserves equal care and support, no matter what situation they are facing.
