PPAT Board Members and Executives Attend Solidarity for Change 2024

From October 22–25, Ms. Dadchaneeya Ruttanasiri, Registrar of the Association; Dr. Panpimol Wipulakorn, M.D., PPAT Board Member; and Dr. Nanthakan Sungsuman Woodham, Director of the Association, participated in the Solidarity for Change Regional Gathering & Youth Forum 2024, organized by the International Planned Parenthood Federation East and Southeast Asia and Oceania Region (IPPF ESEAOR) in Iloilo City, Philippines. The event brought together more than 100 participants from 21 member countries of IPPF ESEAOR, including executive board members, senior management, and youth representatives. The gathering served as a platform for discussing opportunities and challenges in shaping strategic collaboration in the field of Sexual and Reproductive Health, Rights, and Justice (SRHRJ) in the Asia-Oceania region. The forum also emphasized community engagement and the promotion of inclusive sexual and gender policies to sustainably improve quality of life and respond to global change.

On November 22nd, Khun Kornrawee Sanduang, Project Manager, and a working team from the Planned Parenthood Association of Thailand (PPAT) (Chiang Rai PPAT Medical Clinic) visited the area to provide education on sexual health, reproductive health, and sexual violence to students at the Chiang Rai Rajabhat University Demonstration School.
