On 21 October, the Planned Parenthood Association of Thailand (PPAT) extended its congratulations to three PPAT volunteers Mrs. Chenurwatee Binkuno, Senior Professional Teacher (Level 3), Salamai School, Tak Bai District, Narathiwat Province. Mrs. Suwanna Mahama, Chair of the Relief Committee, Su-ngai Padi District, Narathiwat Province. Mrs. Napawan Chaodong, Beauty Business Owner, Khon Kaen Province,on the occasion of receiving the Outstanding Volunteer Award 2023 at the 2023 National Social Work and Thai Volunteer Day, held to honor and commemorate the royal benevolence and promote the legacy of Her Royal Highness Princess Srinagarindra. The event was organized by the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security and the National Council on Social Welfare of Thailand under the Royal Patronage, at Centra by Centara Hotel, Government Complex and Convention Centre, Chaeng Watthana, Lak Si District, Bangkok.
