On 22 February, Dr. Nanthakan Sungsuman Woodham, Executive Director of PPAT, delivered a lecture and provided examples of service standards aimed at elevating the quality of services at PPAT clinics and Baan Hormlamduan. This was part of the Quality of Care (QOC) 2024 training, held at Krungsri River Hotel, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya. The session was also attended by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sukanya Sripho, Secretary-General of the Association, who offered additional recommendations to improve the quality and friendliness of services at PPAT medical clinics, ensuring safety and standardization. This marked the third day of the intensive training.
