HIV Prevention Planning in Education Institutes in Pathumthani Province

PPAT conducted a meeting to conduct implementation planning and guidance on 15 February 2023, under the project The HIV Prevention Promotion among Youths in Educational Institutes in Pathumthani Province, led by Khun Worachote Lamudthong, Programme Manager, and team. This activity aims to demonstrate implementation procedures to teachers, from target education institutes who join the project, Health and Social Services mobile unit and related network partners that are working on integrating sexual health promotion and prevention and activity planning for youths in education institutes. The meeting was attended by project and health network partners, namely, representative from Pathumthani Provincial Public Health Office and teachers who joined the project as advisors from Bangkok University, Rangsit University, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi and Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University.

On 3 August 2022, PPAT team led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Manopchai Thamkhantho, obstetrician and board member of the Royal Thai College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, disseminated knowledge on SRHR and health care to farmers in Phang Khon District, Sakon Nakhon province, under the project “GROWTH: Grow Together Healthier” in which Khun JinA Lee, Managing Director and General Manager of Bayer’s Pharmaceutical Department, visited the project implementation accordingly….
On October 6, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sukanya Sripho, Ms. Penpan Chittasenee, and Dr. Nanthakan Sungsuman Woodham visited the PPAT Chiang Mai office, where they provided guidance and exchanged insights on operational processes and the future development of PPAT’s work. The visit aimed to strengthen the stability of PPAT’s staff and operations in the northern region, with support from Ms. Patcharaporn Leepreecha, Deputy Director of PPAT Northern Regional Office….
