PPAT Conducts Knowledge Dissemination Activity to Strengthen Farmers’ Health

Mr. Supavit Dittayanurak, PPAT council member, participated the activity of the project “GROWTH: Grow Together Healthier” on 4 August 2022. The activity was cooperated by PPAT and Bayer Thailand as well as Assoc. Prof. Dr. Manopchai Thamkhantho, obstetrician and board member of the Royal Thai College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, who disseminated knowledge on SRHR and health care to farmers in Akat Amnuai District, Sakon Nakhon province.

On July 1-2, a team of instructors from PPAT organized a reproductive health education camp for visually impaired youth under a project to develop an inclusive sex education curriculum for youth with visual impairments. On May 27th, the Planned Parenthood Association of Thailand (PPAT) partnered with the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) Thailand and Thammasat Khlong Luang Wittayakhom School to organize an activity for Menstrual Health Day 2025. The event aimed to promote awareness and accurate understanding of menstrual hygiene, as well as support access to sanitary pads and essential products needed during menstruation.
