ขั้นตอนการเข้ารับบริการคลินิกเวชกรรม สวท 10 แห่ง 1.คัดกรองอุณหภูมิร่างกายที่จุดคัดกรอง 1 (ทุกราย)2.ผู้มารับบริการคลินิกเวชกรรม สวท ซักประวัติที่จุดคัดกรอง 2 สำหรับญาติที่ผ่านการคัดกรองที่จุดคัดกรอง 1 ให้รอ ณ จุดที่จัดให้ คำแนะนำสำคัญ 1.หากไม่ใช่กลุ่มเสี่ยง/มาจากพื้นที่เสี่ยง สามารถรับบริการได้ตามปกติ2.หากเป็นกลุ่มเสี่ยง/มาจากพื้นที่เสี่ยง ไม่มีอาการ/ไม่มีไข้ แนะนำให้เลื่อนการรับบริการ 14 วัน(แนะนำกักตัวตามมาตรการรัฐ)3.หากมาจากพื้นที่เสี่ยงและมีไข้ มากกว่า 37.5 ํCแนะนำให้ไปพบแพทย์ที่โรงพยาบาล…
