Training Volunteer Elderly Leaders in Healthy Cooking

On February 23, Khun Nuttakan Yimrit, Deputy Executive Director of the Association, together with Khun Worachote Lamudthong, Project Manager, Khun Pattaya Buranaprapa, PPAT staff, and interns from Kasetsart University (Bangkhen Campus), visited the area to organize a training activity for volunteer leaders. The goal was to promote knowledge for healthy aging and to visit elderly residents living in the Borfarang Rimnam Community, Chatuchak District, Bangkok.

The event, held at the Borfarang Rimnam Pattana Housing Cooperative, featured the activity “This Meal Brings Joy – Healthy Aging,” which included memory training, healthy salad dressing preparation, and vegetable pickling workshops. Participants received healthy meals designed for older adults, the primary target group of this initiative.
