Recently (11 April 2024), the Planned Parenthood Association of Thailand, through the elderly care or dependent care facility Baan Hormlamduan, held the “Water-Pouring Blessing Activity for Songkran Festival 2024.” The event was honored by Rear Admiral Dr. Wasin Bamrungcheep, advisory board member for elderly care service center; Dr. Nanthakan Sungsuman Woodham, Executive Director of the Association; Ms. Ladda Jitwatanapataya, Advisor to the Executive Director of PPAT, together with the executive team, staff of the Association, residents, and their families. Everyone joined together to pour water over Buddha images and elders’ hands for blessings, to promote good fortune and preserve Thai traditions. The activity took place at Baan Hormlamduan Elderly Care Center, Vibhavadi Rangsit Soi 44, Bangkok. The atmosphere was warm and joyful.
