PPAT Staff Undergoing Personality Development Training to Improve Service Quality

On the morning of 21 February, staff from PPAT medical clinics, Baan Hormlamduan Elderly Care Center, and PPAT Headquarters participated in a training session focused on personality development and effective communication to elevate service quality. The session was conducted by Asst. Prof. Dr. Aunkrisa Sangchumnong and Ms. Vinita Hongrapipat from Suan Dusit University as part of the 2024 Quality of Care (QOC) training at Krungsri River Hotel in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya.

The session was also attended by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sukanya Sripho, Secretary General of PPAT, and Dr. Nanthakan Sungsuman Woodham, PPAT Executive Director, who provided operational guidance and insights.

Please note that all 9 PPAT medical clinics, including telemedicine services, were closed from 20–22 February and resumed normal operations on 23 February. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Assoc.
