Experience Sharing from 18 Welfare Centers

PPAT cooperated with Department of Children and Youth and Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, supported by Thai Health Promotion Foundation, to conduct an experience sharing seminar at Udonthani Welfare Center for Girls, which participated by executives from 18 welfare centers, director general of the Department of Children and Youth, PPAT secretary general (term 16) and executive director of Children, Youth and Family Well-being division of Thai Health Promotion Foundation.

Mobile Service Unit Provides HIV/STI Screening

This morning (June 24th), the working team of the Planned Parenthood Association of Thailand (PPAT) project deployed a mobile unit to provide free, voluntary HIV/STI screening services. The unit also provided education on reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and effective contraception methods to youth at the educational institution. PPAT Organizing Educational Activity on HIV/STIs Prevention

On 8 March, Khun Pattaya Buranaprapa and Khun Worachote Lamudthong, Project Managers, together with their team, organized a capacity-building workshop to strengthen communication skills for project advisor teachers and youth leaders, with the goal of developing them into AIDS leaders within educational institutions.
