PPAT Collaborates with DDC 12 to Educate Hatyai University Students

On September 17, the Planned Parenthood Association of Thailand (PPAT), Pattani Office, was honored to be a speaker at the “Social Studies Seminar Project” organized by Hatyai University. The aim was to enhance students’ knowledge of reproductive health and essential self-protection skills so they can grow up safely and with quality in social, health, and sex education dimensions. The seminar took place in the Samila Meeting Room, Songkhla Building, and saw enthusiastic participation from over 200 students from the Faculty of Education and the Faculty of Liberal Arts. PPAT, in collaboration with the Disease Control Office 12 Songkhla (DDC 12), provided comprehensive knowledge on key issues, including: prevention of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), prevention of unplanned pregnancy, and safe abortion, presented by Khun Saitong Doloh, PPAT project manager.
