Between September 15–16, the Planned Parenthood Association of Thailand (PPAT), Pattani Office, organized an educational training activity under the “Project to Promote Access to Medical Methods of HIV Prevention” at General Education Building 19, Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus. The objective of this activity was to foster a correct understanding of PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) and PEP (Post-Exposure Prophylaxis), as well as Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) and HIV/AIDS. Over 90 students from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, including Sociology and Anthropology, Social Work, and Social Development majors, participated. The event featured various forms of media presentation, including printed materials and videos, along with participatory activities. This was to encourage participants to learn and recognize the importance of proper HIV prevention and to increase opportunities for appropriate access to medical services.

This training underscores the importance of correct prevention, which is a key to building confidence and safety in every step of life.
