On May 27th, the Planned Parenthood Association of Thailand (PPAT) partnered with the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) Thailand and Thammasat Khlong Luang Wittayakhom School to organize an activity for Menstrual Health Day 2025. The event aimed to promote awareness and accurate understanding of menstrual hygiene, as well as support access to sanitary pads and essential products needed during menstruation. A key focus was also on creating a value system free from prejudice and stigma to achieve gender equality. Activities included demonstrating the correct use of various types of sanitary pads and the donation of sanitary pads to the students. The event was led by Khun Pattaya Buranaprapa, Project Manager, along with other PPAT project staff. We are confident that today’s activities will help break down barriers for our youth. The knowledge gained today can be properly and appropriately shared with those around them. The atmosphere of the educational session was enjoyable.
