PPAT Joining Youth Festival in Chiang Mai

On 17 February, Dr. Nanthakan Sungsuman Woodham, Executive Director of PPAT, along with staff from the Northern Regional Office, participated in the Youth Festival at Tha Pae Gate, Chiang Mai. The event, organized by the Raks Thai Foundation, welcomed participation from youth, including vulnerable populations, ethnic minorities, and LGBTQIA+ groups. The festival aimed to create a creative and inclusive space for young people to express themselves and to raise awareness on STI prevention and unplanned pregnancy among adolescents. It also promoted access to friendly information and services. PPAT joined as a key partner in the youth empowerment project alongside the Health Promotion Center Region 1, Department of Health, youth networks, and other local partner organizations in Chiang Mai.
