Field visit to Omkoi for maternal and child health care

This morning (June 26th), the project working team of the Planned Parenthood Association of Thailand (PPAT) in Mae Sot District, Tak Province, together with the Burma Children Medical Fund (BCMF), jointly deployed a mobile unit to distribute essential items for mothers and children under 5 years old. On March 18, Dr. Nanthakan Sungsuman Woodham, Executive Director of the Association, Khun Serene Ramnee, Project Manager of PPAT, and PPAT staff warmly welcomed and presented the work of PPAT to the study visit delegation from the University of Tokyo, Japan. They also exchanged ideas on collaborative working approaches.
