Yesterday (June 25th), the working team of the Planned Parenthood Association of Thailand (PPAT) project set up a booth to provide education on reproductive health, STIs prevention, and effective contraception methods to students. The aim was to help the students assess risky behaviors that could lead to sexually transmitted infections (STIs), learn methods of self-protection, and receive free condoms. Concurrently, the team deployed a mobile unit to offer free, voluntary screening for HIV/STIs. The booth and screening services received significant interest from students at Rangsit University. The activities were carried out under the HIV Prevention Service Project, targeting Men who have Sex with Men (MSM) in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area.
