On September 11, speakers from the Planned Parenthood Association of Thailand (PPAT), along with students from the Human Resource Management major, Faculty of Business Administration, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT), organized an educational activity on reproductive health, and the prevention of HIV/AIDS and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs). The event, held under the training project “Ready Minds, Safe Bodies, Far from Sexually Transmitted Diseases,” was delivered to junior high school students at Thanyaburi School in Pathum Thani Province. The objective was for the students to gain correct knowledge and understanding about reproductive health, the prevention of STIs, and safe self-care. Asst. Prof. Dr. Boontharika Wongwanich, Head of the Management Department, presided over the opening ceremony.

In addition to informative lectures from specialist speakers from PPAT, the event featured engaging practical activities, such as a demonstration on the correct way to use a condom and review games about risky behaviors and pathways for HIV infection. These activities help students effectively apply the knowledge in their daily lives.

This event was part of the students’ learning curriculum, providing them with an opportunity to practice social project management skills and genuinely use their classroom knowledge to create beneficial activities for the community.
