PPAT attended the meeting with International Planned Parenthood Federation

On 17 – 19 March 2023, Ms. Dadchaneeya Ruttnasiri, PPAT Youth Representative with Mr. Paramet Maneerat and Mr. Sooksodchuen Sooksomjitr, PPAT Youth Council Members as well as Dr. Nanthakan Sungsuman Woodham, Executive Director, PPAT staff and network organizations attended the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) Charter and Rebrand Meeting and Consultation at Mandarin Bangkok Hotel. The attendees of the meeting included Ms. Kate Gilmore, President of IPPF Board of Trustees, Dr. Alvaro Bermejo, IPPF Director General and IPPF Member Associations in which the meeting’s aim is to discuss IPPF core values as a global organization through the art activity under the topic “What kind of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights Hero would you like to see?”

In addition, the instructor team is from IPPF London office, consisted of Khun Mina Barling, Director External Relations Division , Khun Heather Barclay, Advocacy Officer, Khun Amina Khan, Global Lead Communications & Digital, Khun Isabella Lewis, Consultant and Khun Yemurai Nyoni, Consultant (Charter Co-Lead).

On 8th June, PPAT teams lead by the project manager Khun Worachote Lamudthong educate Panyapiwat Technological College’s freshmen on Sexual transmitted disease and preventing unprepared pregnancy. “Participants learned about various effective HIV prevention methods in an engaging and interactive format.
