On 27 May, the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security (MSDHS) and the Planned Parenthood Association of Thailand under the patronage of Her Royal Highness the Princess Mother (PPAT) co-organized an academic seminar titled “Family Planning and the Development of Quality of Life Across All Age Groups,” to raise awareness among people of all ages about the importance of family planning, aiming toward achieving quality families and promoting quality births. A short while ago (5 April), Asst. Prof. Dr. Sukanya Sripho, Secretary-General of the Association, represented the elderly care or dependent care facility Baan Hormlamduan, which is operated by the PPAT, to receive the award for a private elderly care facility that benefits society on the occasion of National Elderly Day and Family Day 2024. The award was presented by Mr. Anukul Peedkaew, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security.
